Liad Gez

Liad is the marketer who never stopped writing code. The same week he co-founded Terrific Digital in 2017, he enrolled in software engineering courses — not because he needed to, but because he's the kind of person who wants to understand exactly how the tools he uses actually work. That instinct has defined his entire career.

Before Terrific Digital, Liad built companies from scratch. In 2015 he founded MyBeach TLV, a beach-delivery app that took 1,200 orders in its first two months and landed him on Israel's version of Shark Tank. The following year he co-founded Virus Games, a VR arcade in Tel Aviv that he scaled to full 12-hour daily operations. Both ventures required him to be a full-stack operator — product, marketing, and growth all at once.

He ran Terrific Digital as CEO for nearly eight years, growing the agency to 25 people and establishing it as a trusted partner for B2B startups. In early 2025, he stepped away. Then came back. Not to manage — but to do the thing he's happiest doing: running Google Ads campaigns at a high level.

Today, Liad's exclusive focus is Google Ads for B2B SaaS. He manages accounts spending $300K+ per month, and in his off hours he's building a Google Ads Scripts toolkit — nightly reporting, pacing alerts, RSA headline generation, modular automations. The kind of infrastructure most agencies wish they had.

He's also a new dad and married, which means he's somehow managing to do all of the above while running on less sleep than he'd like to admit.
